At Bodyskin, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated quality control teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check the size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size chart within the product description.
Under exceptions, we may accept an exchange within 30 days of your order’s original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags.
We work hard to ensure that each item that leaves is not defective. If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (model, size and/or colour), you must contact us at email@example.com or by phone at (514) 382-5940 ext. 231 (Monday to Friday from 9am to 4am). Please provide us the reasons, photos and your order number.
The following are not eligible for an exchange and will be denied:
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “CLEARANCE”
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.

Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. If an exchange is applicable, please send your items and the copy of your receipt at the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bodyskin is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.
